In case you have received a damaged or defective product, you need to inform us within 24 hours for a replacement request. You need not pay the extra cost incurred in this process. However, it is subject to the availability of the stock. In case we are not able to replace your product within stipulated time, you will receive a full transaction amount from our side in the form of a store Credit.
